We like to read stories about many kinds of people and families. The children especially enjoy looking at pictures of homes.

Community Helpers
Who helps put out fires? Who helps when you are sick or hurt? The preschool children learned about community helpers through role play. They had dramatic play stations for doctor, vet, grocery store, and restaurant throughout the classroom. They also learned what to do for fire safety and practiced the "Stop, drop, and roll" drill.
